Swiss Peak was born because of a void in the local custom home building market. In sourcing products for and researching US building techniques, our founding partner, Sven J. Heller, found a major discrepancy between the process and materials used in his home country of Switzerland and the US. The deficiencies between the value placed on quality craftsmanship and materials and the emphasis on completing projects as quickly as possible creates an environment where substandard results are accepted. Sven immediately sought to change both the mindset and process of building custom homes.

Sven began building a team who shared his vision and began planning his first project while engaging European partners with the same values. Our top priority is to only work with partners who share our vision of bringing exquisite products that are technologically advanced and are designed with functionality and beauty at heart.

Colin Ewing joined Swiss Peak as our Vice President of Construction Management and is ultimately responsible for the beautiful structures we create. Colin is a LEED accredited general contractor with more than 10 years of construction management experience. His devotion to the latest technologies, experience in managing complex projects, and commitment to quality make him the perfect addition to our team.

Jennifer Simmons has more than 25 years of experience in management, sales & marketing and accounting and is the backbone of our organization. Her background in facilities management, retail merchandising and professional sports brings a unique perspective to swiss Peak and our clients. In addition to managing all financial aspects of our company, Jennifer works closely with our clients and construction team to review all contracts for accuracy, understand the specific details of each project and ensure our clients goals are met.
